I couldnt find my Vac model. But then it is 25+ yrs old!! Having the measurements meant I could get the bits I wanted but I wasn’t sure if the measurements were inside or outside diameter of the tube. I know I could have emailed to enquire but that was laziness on my part. Anyhow everything fine with a little modification and up and running again. Many thanks. Service etc just fine. I'd not realized that there were so many variants of Dyson machines, some of which are quite obscure. I wasn't 100% sure I'd found the right machines because the colours were different but, putting that aside, tracking down the relevant bits, and pulling up descriptive information and parts lists was very straightforward. Completing the order was straightforward, I was kept informed of the order's progress, and everything arrived safely packaged within just a few days. Overall, nothing to criticise.

Doesn't quite look like the original, and I've not yet had time to try it in action, but it looks as if it will do the job, and extra design features suggest that it might do the job better.

This looks every bit as good, if not better, than the original brush roll.

I am so impressed! I was unable to find bags for my Bosch alpha 24 anywhere in the US including online. I found a store online located in England, but they did not ship out of the country. Then I found Vacuum World online, and discovered that you would send merchandise outside the UK. I was sorry to see the bags I needed were out of stock, but checked the box to be e-mailed when they became available. I received an e-mail the very next day to inform me the bags were now in stock ! Argos stopped selling my vacuum and I could not figure out which bags I needed so I looked it up on internet, saw I needed Bag253 and then did a price comparison and came across your site.

Am using this in my proaction vacuum and is working fine.

Had been struggling to find my particular vac on various websites. Yours was the only one I found that listed Goblin Aquavac 2002V. My vac is a 2003V so took a gamble !. Bags are a perfect fit. Perhaps there are others out there with model 2003V and maybe you should consider adding this to your website also.
